Purchasing Terms & Conditions
By purchasing goods from Fashion Indulgence, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New Jersey. You also agree that any legal or equitable claims arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County (Morristown, New Jersey), or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey.
All our prices are in US dollars. All credit card transactions will be billed under Fashion Indulgence on customer's credit card statements. All purchases must be paid for in advance of shipping. We have to pay our suppliers in advance and accordingly you have to pay us in advance. We ship within 7 working days of cleared payment, unless we otherwise notify you on certain larger and other orders. All goods purchased from Fashion Indulgence are F.O.B. at our fulfillment center (i.e., you are responsible for the cost of shipping them from our fulfillment center to your location. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier. Fashion Indulgence does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. address, although in the future it may do so. For all international orders, customers are responsible for customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, Fashion Indulgence cannot determine what these levies will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an order due to a defect, you must cover the shipping costs and ship it back to us within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee. To avoid unnecessary return, be sure you have read and inquired all the product information before submitting your order. In order for us to process a return, you must provide to us the UPS tracking number (unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing) within 48 working day hours of receipt by you. Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to Fashion Indulgence must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before they can be accepted for a total refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperworks (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit. The item(s) must be packaged in an appropriate way to prevent any damage. In addition, you must include all the merchandise that was purchased in exactly the condition that you received it.
Privacy Policy
In order to serve you better, Fashion Indulgence collects and stores your personal information when you open an account with us. When creating an account, we ask you for either, if you are an individual, your first and last name, your e-mail address, your shipping and billing address, and perhaps some other similar information. If you are making a purchase, we will additionally ask you for your payment information, which may include credit card information. If you are requesting to be added to our mailing list, we will ask you additional information that will better enable us to provide you with information pertaining to your interest(s). Your information is used to process your orders and improve your shopping experience with Fashion Indulgence. We also review what kinds of products appeal most to our customers as a group. This statistical information helps us improve our offering in the same way that other companies change their catalog based on what sells best. We may also use information about the kinds of products you buy from Fashion Indulgence to make other marketing offers to you. Of course, you always have the option to opt-out from receiving such offers. To be removed from our list of addresses that may receive information about new products, sales and promotions via regular mail from Fashion Indulgence, simply send an email to sales@fashionindulgence.com and type UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject of your reply.
At Fashion Indulgence, our system also may gather information about the areas you visit on our site. We do not use any of this navigational data about where you, as an individual user, go on the site. Nor would we share any of this data with any outside company. We do use navigational information in the aggregate to understand how our visitors as a group use Fashion Indulgence so that we can make our site better.
You acknowledge that this privacy policy is part of the terms of service and you agree that using this site signifies your assent to Fashion Indulgence's privacy policy. Fashion Indulgence reserves the right to change the terms of service, including this privacy policy, at any time, without advanced notice. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
